This cake is great for a post-workout treat or even a midnight snack, as it contains high digesting protein and fiber to help keep you full!
? 2/3 Cup (52 grams) of a complete pancake mix
? 2 tablespoons (16 grams) of coconut flour
? Anything else you would want in the cake e.g. Chocolate chips, Peanut Butter, yogurt. But remember the more of these sort of things the more you’ll be playing around with the macros
1. Put the dry ingredents into a bowl or mug that can hold the cake
2. Put in water gradually, mixing in until it creates a batter-like consistency.
3. Microwave the batter for 4-6 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave
