Apple Streusel Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 scoops Myprotein Spiced Apple Clear Vegan Protein (sub with other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy/greek yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup plant/dairy milk (less if using whey, more if using vegan protein)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (can add extra)
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon sweetener of choice

Instructions

1.

Pour the oats, protein powder, baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, yogurt, chia seeds, and milk into a blender. Blend till smooth.

2.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sweetener, dash of cinnamon, and peanut butter together until forming a crumbly dough.

3.

Pour half of the baked oats mixture into a ramekin.

4.

Place diced apples into the ramekin.

5.

Cover the apples with remaining oats.

6.

Sprinkle the crumble topping on top.

7.

Bake for 18-22 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven.
