Protein Chocolate Cookies
If your looking for a quick and easy protein chocolate cookies recipe, look no further! This protein cookie recipe is super easy to make and take only 8 minutes to bake!
To make these soft chocolate cookies you’ll need:
1 tin of canned red kidney beans
30g of unsweetened cocoa powder
5 scoops of Myprotein Chocolate Impact Whey Protein
2 scoops of Myprotein instant oats
10 drops of Myprotein Chocolate Flav Drops
1 tablespoon of granulated sweetener
Dark Chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Drain a can of red kidney beans and empty into a bowl.
Using a hand blender or food processor, process the kidney beans until completely blended .
To the processed kidney beans add the unsweetened cocoa powder, and chocolate flavdrops.
Stir in 2 scoops of instant oats and 5 scoops of Myprotein chocolate smooth impact whey protein.
Stir in around 25-30g of chocolate chips.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof parchment paper and add large spoonfuls of your cookie dough. Once all the cookie dough has been used, place the tray in the oven for 8 minutes.
Remove your cookies from the oven and allow to cool for around 20 minutes.
Your cookies are now ready to eat!
This mixture makes around 12 cookies.
