Protein Bites | The Perfect High Protein Snack!

These delicious protein bites make a great high protein snack that you can take with you on-the-go to stop you going for those unhealthy options!


5 oz of Instant Oats – vanilla flavor

8 pitted dates

2 servings of Impact Whey Protein – strawberry cream flavor

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp of milk (use skimmed milk as a low fat option)


1. Place the protein bite ingredients (excluding the milk) in a blender and blend until smooth. Then slowly add the milk until the mixture becomes sticky enough to roll

2. Remove the mixture from the blender, and begin to roll it into small balls. Coast the balls in some more Instant Oats and Whey Protein. Then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

3. Take the protein bites on-the-go to provide you with a healthy, nutritious snack!
