This peanut butter oatmeal with mixed nuts is truly delicious and with a squeeze of sugar-free syrup it is irresistible!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Ingredients


  • 40g Rolled Oats
  • 150ml Boiled water
  • 20g Almonds
  • 10g Cashew Nuts
  • 1 Tbs Myprotein Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Drizzle sugar-free syrup


Peanut Butter Oatmeal Method

Pour the boiling water over the porridge oats and place in the microwave for 2 minutes to thicken

Mix in the peanut butter and add a little sweetener if desired

Top with nuts and sugar-free syrup then serve!
