Homemade Protein Pancake Recipe | Banana & Peanut Butter Mash

This is a lovely satisfying dish with the sweet hit, the creamy nut butter and filling protein pancake is a real treat meal without the refined sugars of other sweet snacks!

You will need

1 scoop Impact Whey Protein

1 scoop Instant Oats

1 egg

1 Medium Banana

20g Peanut Butter

10g Cacao Nibs

½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Method

  1. Add 1 scoop of whey protein, the egg and Instant Oats together and add 100ml of water
  2. Shake together in your Myprotein shaker until evenly mixed
  3. Open the banana and mash with the peanut butter and ground cinnamon
  4. Once the pancakes have been cooked spoon on the mashed banana then sprinkle with cacao nibs
