High-Protein Meals | Healthy Peri-Peri Chicken Recipe

Hot and spicy chicken makes everyone happy and poached to retain moisture and nutritional value will also keep the macro count in check!


You Will Need:

  • 150g Chicken Breast
  • ½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil


  1. To an empty pan pour in some boiling water and pinch of salt
  2. Add the chicken breast and simmer until thoroughly cooked
  3. Add coconut oil to a bowl and melt in the microwave for until runny, then mix in the paprika and chilli powder
  4. Once the chicken has cooked remove from the water and pat dry with kitchen paper
  5. Pour the coconut and powder mix all over the chicken until completely coated then sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve
