Easy to Make Protein Bars
These easy to make protein bars are packed full of protein and complex carbohydrates to fuel you throughout the day! Check out this amazingly easy recipe and make your own!
To make these protein bars there is no oven needed and you’ll only need four main ingredients:
100g of rolled oats
50ml of water (just under ¼ of a cup)
3 scoops of Vanilla impact whey Protein powder (or a flavor of your choice)
75g of peanut butter
Add all your ingredients into a bowl.
Mash the protein powder and oats into the peanut butter.
Add 50ml of water to the mixture and mix.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and add you mixture. Press down using the back of a spoon and your finger tips.
Place the tray in the freezer for ten minutes or fridge for half an hour.
Once removed from the freezer/fridge cut into bars and enjoy!
