Dessert SPECIAL | July 4th Protein Cheesecake


This delicious frozen protein dessert is an ideal sweet treat replacement with less than 5g sugar per serving!

Bonus: it’s low carb this can be kept in the freezer for as and when required!



– 4 oz Oats

– 2 oz Coconut Oil

– 5g Granulated sweetener

– 3 scoops Impact whey Vanilla

– 1 small tub Quark

– 7 oz Crème fresh

– ½ tsp Xantham Gum



1) Firstly start by making the base, melt the coconut oil and sweetener together and mix in the rolled oats, press into the base of a loose bottom tin and put into the freezer

2) Mix the impact whey quark and crème fresh together

3) Mix in the Xantham gum and pour over the top of the base and put back in the fridge

4) Lastly – once frozen top with the fruit and coconut

Protein – 10g

Fat – 9g

Sugar  – 2g
