✓ 4 Tablespoons coconut flour (32g / 1oz)
✓ 3 Tablespoon egg substitute (46ml)
✓ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
✓ 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (56g / 2oz)
✓ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
✓ 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
✓ 1/4 cup dried cranberries (40g / 1.5oz)
✓ 2 Tablespoon white chocolate chunks (20g / .75oz)
✓ Sweetener if desired
1. Mix together everything except for cranberries and white chocolate
2. When batter is smooth, stir in cranberries and chocolate
3. Pour batter into muffin pan (use liner or silicon baking cups)
