Black Bean Avocado Brownies Recipe

Here is a recipe for brownies that you can feel good about eating two or three. These black bean avocado brownies are packed with nutritional value, and won’t linger on your hips. No flour or white sugar, just pure healthy deliciousness!


Black Bean Avocado Brownies Ingredients

Makes 9 servings

 

  • 1 cup reduced sodium black beans
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoops Chocolate Brownie Impact Whey Protein (flavor optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 large egg whites
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp stevia granules
  • 1/3 c dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Grease 8 x 8 pan

Blend all ingredients in food processor except the chocolate chips

Pour into pan, top with chocolate chips

Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until cooked through
