Healthy Lunch | Tuna Salad Tortilla Bowl

This Baked Tortilla Bowl and Spiced Tuna Salad is simple quick and easy to make, it can be made at home and wrapped in cellophane using the hard tortilla bowl as a storage container.

Our Tuna bowls are also great additions when cooking for friends; they can eat the bowls after to save on washing up!




– 1 Tortilla


– 1 Tin tuna


– 1 Tbs – Mild curry powder


– 1 Tbs – Light Mayo


– 2 Cups Mixed Salad


– ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes





a) Firstly to make the crunchy tortilla bowl using any shaped bowl you like, take a tortilla out the packet and place inside the bowl and bake in the oven for 5 – 7 minutes on 170oC until hard then leave to one side to cool


b) Taking the tinned tuna and add 1 Tbs of curry powder and 1 Tbs of light mayo and mix together


c) Fill the tortilla bowl with mixed salad then pour in the spiced tuna and top with chilli flakes


…Eat the bowl to save on washing up after!


Storage – Tuna will last for 3 days refrigerated in an air tight container and the tortilla will remain firm for 3-5 days in cellophane
