Ingredients
- 1/2cup oats
- 2scoops Myprotein Spiced Apple Clear Vegan Protein
- 1/2tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1/4cup soy/greek yogurt
- 1/4-1/2cup plant/dairy milk
- 1/4teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1tablespoon flour
- 1/2tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2tablespoon sweetener of choice
Instructions
Pour the oats, protein powder, baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, yogurt, chia seeds, and milk into a blender. Blend till smooth.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sweetener, dash of cinnamon, and peanut butter together until forming a crumbly dough.
Pour half of the baked oats mixture into a ramekin.
Place diced apples into the ramekin.
Cover the apples with remaining oats.
Sprinkle the crumble topping on top.
Bake for 18-22 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven.
