Ingredients
- Overnight Oats:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 tbsp any milk (1/4 cup for thinner consistency)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 scoop Whey Forward Strawberry Banana protein powder
- Fruit Mix:
- 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 banana, chopped
- 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for oats well in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients for fruit mix well in a separate dish.
Layer the oats and fruit mix in a jar. Feel free to add extra toppings of your choice- nuts, seeds, etc. Seal tight. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
