1. In coffee
What you need:
- 1 tsp. instant coffee
- 150ml boiling water
- 3-4 drops FlavDrops (Hazelnut)
What to do:
- Make the coffee by adding the granules to boiling water and stirring.
- Add your FlavDrops, stir well and enjoy!
2. In porridge
What you need:
- 50g oats
- 350ml milk
- 3-4 drops FlavDrops (Cheesecake)
- Blueberries
What to do:
- Make your porridge by heating the oats and milk in a saucepan on the hob, or in a bowl in the microwave.
- Add your FlavDrops, stir well, and then top with blueberries.
3. In a shake
What you need:
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Unflavoured)
- 350ml milk
- 3-4 drops FlavDrops (Marzipan)
What to do:
- Mix up your protein shake by adding the whey and milk to a shaker and shaking well.
- Add a few drops of your FlavDrops and shake again. Then enjoy.
4. In pancakes
What you need:
- 2 eggs
- 50ml milk
- 35g rolled oats
- 3-4 drops of FlavDrops (Butter Biscuit)
- Sugar-Free Syrup
- Blueberries
What to do:
- To make the pancake batter, mix together the eggs, milk and rolled oats.
- Add the FlavDrops, stir through, and then ladle the batter into a frying pan.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Repeat until you have a stack, then top with a drizzle of Sugar-Free Syrup and plenty of blueberries.
