Indulge in our mouthwatering white chocolate truffle bites – packed with protein and meltingly delicious.

These no-bake bites make the perfect post-workout treat for the hectic New Year's period or an easy yet impressive dessert to share with friends and family. It doesn’t matter if you’re not a wizard in the kitchen, you can't go wrong with these festive treats.

Makes 17 truffles.

Ingredients

Instructions

1.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

2.

To make the mixture easier to roll, put it in the freezer for five minutes.

3.

Make small balls by rolling the mixture in your hands, using about a tablespoon of mix for each one.

4.

Roll the small balls through the extra coconut until they’re coated.

5.

Pop the balls into the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or the fridge for a couple of hours.

6.

Then they’re ready to enjoy!
