Ingredients
- 60 g white chocolate (melted)
- 100 g coconut flakes (plus 30g for coating)
- 200 g ricotta
- 1 1/2 scoops Impact Whey Protein (White Chocolate Peppermint)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
To make the mixture easier to roll, put it in the freezer for five minutes.
Make small balls by rolling the mixture in your hands, using about a tablespoon of mix for each one.
Roll the small balls through the extra coconut until they’re coated.
Pop the balls into the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or the fridge for a couple of hours.
Then they’re ready to enjoy!
