Ingredients
- Baked Oat Cake:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup any milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp low cal maple syrup or sweetener
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Impact Whey protein powder
- Cake Filling:
- 1 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese (softened if possible)
- splash of milk
- 1/2 scoop Vanilla Impact Whey protein powder
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients for the oat cake and blend together.
Grease a baking dish and pour in the blended mix.
Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.
Slice 4-5 fresh strawberries.
To prepare the filling, combine all of the filling ingredients. Mix well.
Take the cake out of the oven and cut it in half.
Add the filling and strawberries inside (and on top) of the cake. Enjoy.
