Ingredients

  • 40 g THE Plant
  • 50 g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 60 g frozen berries
  • 15 g nut butter
  • 10 g honey
  • 200 ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend until smooth  

  3. Pour into your favourite glass and drink immediately or put in the fridge for later
