Ingredients
- Cupcake :
- 15 grams oat flour
- 15 grams plain flour
- 25 grams Myprotein Impact Whey Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder
- 10 grams cocoa powder
- 40 grams egg whites
- 50 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 20 ml of any low-fat milk
- 1 tsp sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 4-5 drops red food coloring
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 50 grams light cream cheese
- 60 grams plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp sweetener (or to taste)
- 20 grams Myprotein Impact Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare cupcake tray with 4 cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients- both flours, baking soda & powder, cocoa powder, salt, sweetener, and chocolate protein powder.
To the dry ingredients, add eggs, milk, & red food coloring. Whisk until smooth.
Transfer equally between 4 cupcake liners.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Cool completely before frosting.
To make the cream cheese frosting, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, & sweetener until smooth.
Refrigerate until firm.
Pipe onto cupcakes when they are completely cool!
