You can't go wrong with pizza, especially when it's dessert pizza. This Healthy Dessert Pizza by @Jordan.desira will take your taste buds to a whole new level. And with 12.5 grams of protein per slice, your body will be thanking you.

Ingredients

  • PROTEIN PIZZA DOUGH:
  • 170 grams plain flour
  • 245 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 40 grams Vanilla Impact Whey Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
  • Chocolate Brownie Protein Dip (recipe found at @JordanDesira)⁣
  • PIZZA TOPPINGS:
  • 160 grams strawberries sliced
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 3 squares Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate melted

Instructions

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 celsius)⁣.

In a bowl, combine dough ingredients & mix with a wooden spoon to incorporate.

3.

Either in the bowl or on a clean surface, sprinkle with flour & knead for 5 minutes until smooth.⁣

4.

Onto a lightly floured tray, roll out the dough thinly (will rise in the oven) to desired size & shape. Fold & tuck the edges over to create a crust.

Lastly using a fork, poke a few holes into the dough before placing into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.⁣

6.

While the pizza is in the oven, prepare your Chocolate Brownie Protein Dip & slice the strawberries & bananas.⁣

7.

Spread your Chocolate Brownie Protein Dip onto the pizza base and top with the bananas & strawberries. Drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.⁣
