Looking for a new breakfast treat? This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal from @strictlythriving will do just the trick. Peanut butter and chocolate? You already know that's a win. Plus these overnight oats are plant-based and protein-packed for the ultimate morning meal.



  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Myprotein soy protein isolate (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 1/2 tbsp maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp soy/Greek yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup plant/dairy milk (less if using whey/more if using vegan protein)
  • 1 tbsp + extra pistachios
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp boiling water



Mix the oats, milk, protein powder, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, chia seeds, and maple syrup together. Optional: blend till smooth.


Cook on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes while stirring gently and continuously.


Pour into a bowl. Top with extra peanut butter, yogurt, and chocolate chips before serving.
