Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 packets taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans hot diced tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Instructions
Warm up your pot and add the tablespoon of oil.
Add the raw ground beef to the pot.
Add the 2 packets of taco seasoning to the pot. Stir for a few minutes.
Add the two cans of hot diced tomatoes. Then add the can of whole kernel corn.
Optional: Add black or pinto beans for added carbs.
Split your cooked beef up into 6 servings of 9-10 oz each.
Optional: Add cooked rice to each serving of ground beef.
Add chili powder for extra flavor.
