In celebration of National Pancake Day tomorrow, we have another delicious pancake recipe coming your way. Sometimes, a classic just hits the spot. These Protein Buttermilk Pancakes by @strictlythriving are soft, fluffy, and nutrient-dense. You can't go wrong with protein pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Myprotein Buttermilk Pancake Mix (sub w/ whey/vegan protein OR extra oats + 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)⁣
  • 1/2 tbsp sweetener (optional)
  • 1 whole egg white
  • 1/4 cup soy/Greek yogurt
  • 4-5 drops Myprotein FlavDrops
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk (sub w/ 80ml (~1/3 cup) plant/dairy milk + 5ml (~1 tsp) vinegar)⁣
  • 1 tsp vegan/dairy butter OR oil
  • toppings of choice

Instructions

1.

Pour all ingredients, except butter, into a blender. Blend till smooth.

2.

Butter pan and heat it at medium heat.

3.

Once bubbling/hot, pour batter into the pan to make pancakes preferred shape/size.

4.

Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes or when beginning to brown.

5.

Add toppings to serve.⁣
