Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or more)
  • 1/2 scoop Myprotein cinnamon cereal whey forward (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein or omit and add 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)⁣
  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites OR 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plant/dairy milk
  • 1 + 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

1.

Spread peanut butter onto one slice of bread. Press second slice on top. Slice into cubes.

2.

Whisk egg/egg whites with protein powder, milk, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.

3.

Place butter in pan and heat at medium heat. While pan is heating up, dip bread cubes into the mixture for ~10 secs on each side.

4.

Place soaked bread into heated pan. Cook on both sides until eggy mixture is fully cooked.

5.

Mix 1 tsp cinnamon powder with granulated sweetener.

6.

Coat cooked French toast bites in the mixture.⁣
