Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (can sub for whey protein/ vegan protein)
- 1/4 cup Greek/soy yogurt
- 1/3-1/2 cup plant/dairy milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5-6 drops FlavDrops
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- toppings of choice (cacao nibs & chocolate syrup)
Instructions
Pour all the ingredients, except cocoa powder, into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Split the batter into two. Add cocoa powder into one and mix thoroughly.
Pour both simultaneously into an oven-safe bowl. Optional: Use a knife/chopstick to swirl.
Bake for 17-22 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven. Add toppings to serve.
