Ingredients

  • Overnight Oats:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt, plain
  • 2 tbsp any milk (1/4 cup for thinner consistency)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop Whey Forward Strawberry Banana protein powder
  • Fruit Mix:
  • 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 banana, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

1.

Mix all ingredients for oats well in a bowl.

Mix all ingredients for fruit mix well in a separate dish.

3.

Layer the oats and fruit mix in a jar. Feel free to add extra toppings of your choice- nuts, seeds, etc. Seal tight. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
