- 6-7 dough balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 scoop Myprotein soy protein isolate (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra flour + 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)
- 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup soy/greek yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp plant/dairy milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- Desired amount of topping (optional; used chocolate sauce + peanut butter)
Instructions
Mix flour, protein powder, yogurt, liquid sweetener, and baking powder together. If too dry, gradually add in milk till forming dough.
Roll and separate into 6-7 small balls.
Mix cocoa powder and powdered peanut butter together.
Roll dough balls in the mixture.
Place in a bowl and microwave for ~45-60 secs at 900W.
Add toppings of choice to serve.
