Ingredients
- 1/3cup flour
- 1scoop Myprotein soy protein isolate
- 1tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/4cup soy/greek yogurt
- 1-2tbsp plant/dairy milk
- 1/4tsp baking powder
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2tbsp powdered peanut butter
- Desired amount of topping
Instructions
Mix flour, protein powder, yogurt, liquid sweetener, and baking powder together. If too dry, gradually add in milk till forming dough.
Roll and separate into 6-7 small balls.
Mix cocoa powder and powdered peanut butter together.
Roll dough balls in the mixture.
Place in a bowl and microwave for ~45-60 secs at 900W.
Add toppings of choice to serve.
