Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 scoop Myprotein Cinnamon Cereal Whey Forward (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra flour + 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp + extra soy/greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/2 small banana, mashed
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
Instructions
Mix flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
Add in yogurt, banana, and liquid sweetener. Mix until forming dough.
Mix cinnamon powder and granulated sugar/sweetener.
Separate dough into 6-8 pieces. Roll dough in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place dough balls into baking dish.
Add water/ extra syrup into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Drizzle above the dough balls.
Microwave for 45 secs at 900W or bake for 12 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven.
Add extra yogurt/syrup on top to serve.
