4Unflavored isn't the best tasting but well worth the money. Also had the chocolate flavor and i would recommended that to anyone. Tastes great and is a great supplement for when food isn't available.

5These instant oats are very versatile and mix well with protein shakes. They're also excellent to add to other foods for a boost of carbs.

Great product for a great price
5For the price of this product, you cannot beat it. Works great for an extra meal during the day, to help get in those extra calories without breaking the bank. The flavor is very bland though, so I recommend adding atleast half of a scoop of your favorite protein powder to it as well.Goes Well With:Chocolate protein powder

Instant Oats-Chocolate Smooth Flavour
5Hi, I never thought that consuming oats can be this easy . I always hated oats because they have a pathetic taste and anyhow I had been swallowing them for years now and always wanted some kind of replacement of Oats thats tasty and NOT boring. I have been writing for MyProtein and let me tell you that I usually don't write reviews about products if I don't like them .Whatever I write , are about those products which I have consumed myself. Last month , I ordered , 5 .5 LB of Instant Oats Chocolate Smooth flavour. First of all , I never believed that Oats can come in a powdered form but I wanted to give it a try. I would like to elaborate my experiences . PACKING Instant oats comes in a sealable package and contains a scoop inside it . When I opened it , I was welcomed by a sweet fragrance of chocolate. MIXIBALITY I added 2 scoops in my shaker , put in some normal water , shaked it just twice (seriously ) , and it all got dissolved .There was not even a lump to be found. There was no settlement as we can see in case of some Casein powders EASINESS IN DRINKING Never felt like I am not drinking WHEY ! I mentioned whey because whey is smooth and tasty.You can drink it in one go .Same applies with Instant Oats. EFFECITVENESS Have been taking it as a morning breakfast daily. I add 2 scoops (70 grams) and it has helped me to shed off some extra pounds FLAVOURS I have only tried Chocolate Smooth flavour. Its not as sweet as "Cookies & Cream" but its enough to satisfy your taste buds. COST Fits in my budget. OVERALL It seems to be a ground breaking product. If you want to have a clean gain , have it 4-5 times a day , it would help in lean muscle gain and serves as an awesome breakfast. I am writing this review from my heart . I love this product . 2 days back only I ordered a total of 11 LBS from German Website. Goes Well With:Water, you can add whey and consume together.

I LOVE oats now!
5Before Instant Oats, I HATED the process of creating oatmeal and consuming it, waiting for the perfect temperature, and dealing with inconsistent consistency (sometimes thick, sometimes thin, sometimes goo, etc.). However, Instant Oats is perfect for me! I love drinking my protein shakes, and now that I can add Instant Oats to it, it becomes the PERFECT and COMPLETE breakfast meal for me. It allows me to consume one of my favorite beverages with an added kick of oatmeal that leaves me feeling full for a long time OR that supercharges my workouts! And, I LOVE the size/price ratio! There is nothing like Instant Oats.Goes Well With:Protein Shakes, Soylent

5I bought these oats rather than having to grind my own. Excellent product, cheap and exactly what you'd expect.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein (currently using Cinnamon Roll)

5This powder is the best. I can throw a few scoops into my shake and get a great source of carbs. I don't have to fuss around with pots and boiling oatmeal anymore.Goes Well With:Protein shakes

Oats baby!!
5Great way to up your carbohydrate intake from a good source. Also this mix contains fiber since it isade from Scottish oats that have only been mechanically processed thus helping with digestion, weight management and insulin response. Best take with ore workout meal, and post workout meal; also throughout the day if meal times have to be short. I my shakes with myprotein isolate for optimal nutritional intake.Goes Well With:Isolate protein and coconut oil.
