Oats are ok for shakes.
3Pretty good oats to mix in protein shake. Bag is good sized and will last awhile. Mixibility could be better. Goes Well With:some shakes

Cheap and Effective!
5I haven't gotten to use too much of this product yet, seeing as how my carbs are on the low end for the time being, but I did make sure to try it in a few shakes. It adds an awesome texture, helps with the taste and creamyness of a shake (created with a blender instead of just a shaker bottle) and you get a ton of it for very little money. You should definitely try these. Even if it doesn't work out for you, it's a very cheap product, so it's worth a shot.Goes Well With:Protein Shakes

5It tastes great! I love oats, and it mixed a lot better than I had expected. Just a tiny bit grainy, but hey, it's oatmeal what do you expect?Goes Well With:Protein shakes, making cookies, pancakes, bread.
