Awesome stuff when it's in stock
5This stuff is great when I can manage to get unflavored in stock. Solid macros, mixes well and is pretty cheap when it's on sale. Wish they still made the 11lb bags Goes Well With:I use with protein and flax seeds

5Put it into my morning smoothie to add some carb calories. Very filling! Ive tried adding it to morning oats and it tasted kinda gritty, but its crushed oats so what did I expect. Overall it does help thicken up my smoothies and doesnt add any extra flavors which is good

5I mix a half serving with a couple servings of MP BCAA and I've got my pre-workout ready to go before every session. It gives me plenty of energy to boost through class. It beats plain old fashioned rolled oats any time. For the value and quality, this product is a no brainer.Goes Well With:flavored BCAA from MP

5Adding this to your favorite post workout protein shake gives you the carbs you need to build muscle effectively. Vanilla is the whey to go for me. The taste is phenomenal and can make any protein shake go from zero to hero with one scoop. I recommend adding only one scoop, do not follow the label. Goes Well With:any protein powder.
