Serves 1Ingredients
- 150ml milk
- 1 scoop Clear Whey Isolate (Vimto®)
- Handful frozen raspberries
- Handful ice
Method
- Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately, or transfer to your shaker if you’re on the go.
