A good breakfast can set you up for a great day, but it’s got to taste great and have macros to help you feel great. These Cookies & Cream Protein Pancakes from Zack Chug (@zack.chug) satisfy both of those requirements, and they look pretty incredible, too.
With a huge 40g of protein and 392 calories, you’ll be left feeling fueled and energized for the day, and almost certainly will be bragging to your coworkers about your breakfast.
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 Scoop Cookies & Cream Impact Whey Protein
- 150ml almond milk
- Handful of chocolate chips
- Optional - whipped cream, chocolate flakes
Instructions
Add your Protein Pancake Mix, Impact Whey Protein, almond milk and chocolate chips to a bowl and mix together.
Heat up a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and ladle the mixture onto the pan when hot. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Time for toppings. Zack went for whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate sprinkles. Then all that’s left to do is dig in.
