- Simply mix 2 large scoops with ¼ cup of water (for thicker pancakes, add milk).
- Heat your frying pan and add a small amount of oil.
- Reduce to a medium heat and use 1/4 cup measure to add mixture to pan.
- Leave for a few minutes (after bubbles begin to form) before flipping over to the other side.
- Once cooked, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy.

Better than I was expecting
I LOVE pancakes and since I’ve been cutting out junk food and focusing more on protein and fruits/veggies I decided to give this pancake mix a try. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it! Goes Well With:Peanut Butter and sugar free syrup

This pancake mix has great macros and is very convenient, but there is an ungodly amount of sodium. If I make two batches, that's 2/3 of my daily recommended sodium right there. Even for one batch, 800+ mg of sodium is absurd. while mixes like Kodiak Cakes don't have as much protein per serving, they contain roughly half the sodium content. If you make these I would highly recommend adding vanilla extract to improve the flavor. Goes Well With:Lots and lots of water

Made this for breakfast/preworkout meal this morning. I initially thought 2 scoops to 1/4 cup water was going to be a little too thick/powdery so I added a little bit more. They were so easy to fry up and tasted good with some sugar free syrup. Will definitely be a typical breakfast for me now with high protein and some carbs to fuel me for the day!

I like the idea of having protein pancakes! However, it takes a little bit of time to get used to the flavor. I would recommend using syrups and fruits to add flavor.

I absolutely love these. They are so good and are truly filling. I make one serving every morning and stay full for hours. I make these and a shake before work and have all the energy I need to stay going at my job which is pretty physically demanding. Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

I really have been loving this pancake mix.. i add a little bit of cinnamon, milk, and vanilla extract to them and they're insanely good. I'm going to try adding an egg or two next time because they can be a little dry if I make them too thick. Honestly amazing product I plan to keep on buying it Goes Well With:Almond butter and rasberry jam 🤤

The first time I made these, I was not impressed. I had to add twice the amount of water because the batter was way too thick. The 2nd time I made these, I added in some whipped egg whites and WOW what an improvement. They came out much fluffier! As other reviews have mentioned, there's not a ton of flavour, so add in vanilla, cinnamon or whatever floats your boat for more oomph. Goes Well With:vanilla, cinnamon

This is by far the best protein pancake mix I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried tons of recipes online and ordered from a couple other places and nothing compares. Some protein pancakes get super dense, rubbery, and sometimes hard to get down. These are not like that. I do add more water than recommended. I just add until I get a mixture that looks like regular pancake mix. I always put a natural pb or almond butter on top with some sugar free, low calorie syrup. Perfection. Really good if you wanna add some berries as well. Leaves me full for hours. Goes Well With:Peanut Butter, Berries, Honey, Almond Butter, Syrup
