Can't beat the macros in this mix

I am seeing a lot of reviews stating that this pancake mix isn't worthwhile. People.....you just aren't making it right. I use one scoop of the pancake mix with one scoop of any flavor myprotein impact whey....like marshmallow, cinnamon cereal, or just plain vanilla. Stir in 120 ml of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. That's all to create tasty crepe style pancakes. I top mine with 120g plain greek yogurt that is mixed with 4g sugarfree instant pudding mix (any flavor) and a stevia packet. Last I drop on sliced bananas, blueberries, or strawberries with a drizzle of peanut butter poweder that was mixed with Jordan's flavored skinny syrup. Talk about high protein, talk about low carb and low calorie, and talk about filling. Please bring this pancake mix back into stock.
Goes Well With:
any flavor impact whey protein powder.

please don't discontinue!

i don't really use the scoop, i measure out 55g on my scale and mix with 1/2 cup of milk and cook them. makes about 3-4 pancakes sized a bit bigger than the palm of my hand (i got small hands though). they're a bit sweet so i like to make a spread/dip using about 66g of cottage cheese mixed with about 20g of fruit jam, sooooooo good!

If you enjoy suffering, then buy these

I have enjoyed myprotein’s other offerings - protein powders, creatine, snack wafers, vitamins, etc…but these are exceptionally horrible. It’s like they all agreed in the food lab to make these unbearably dry and flavorless in an effort to create the absolute worst pancake in the history of mankind. Tree bark would provide more flavor than these pancakes, and yes I have tried drowning them in butter and syrup but they still result in nothing but the endless suffering of my tastebuds. I wouldn’t feed these to my worst enemy.

No taste

This pancake mix has no flavor. It taste like your eating unflavored protien powder. No amount of vanilla or chocolate chips or syrup can help. Dont waste your money
Goes Well With:
Lots and lots and lots of syrup or chocolate chips

Not worth it

The instructions are definitely wrong. 1/4 cup of water only manages to make it a powdery mess that can barely combine. The taste is pretty awful too. Dry and bland, lacking any taste at all. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is truly the only myprotein product I dislike and people should know and the company should do better. Especially when high protein homemade alternatives are both cheaper and leagues tastier. Disappointing product.

Tastes bad

I wouldn't recommend this product. It has a very potent artificial sweetener taste. It tastes nothing like buttermilk pancakes. It's hard to consider putting syrup when the batter is already super sweet. Trying to change the flavor by adding chocolate chips might be the only way I'll finish this. I regret this purchase and, in the future, would recommend buying a normal pancake mix and adding unflavored protein powder instead of buying this.

5 star if you cook it correctly

My personal experience is the basic scoop and water(bag recipe) is bad so you have to cook it like other pancakes. My recipe is two scoops, roughly a tablespoon of peanut butter, one egg, and enough milk till it can barely seak through a metal forks arms. Add some dark chocolate cook like any other pancake and some sugar free syrup to make it less dry. Boom, 2 star to 5 star. Those who give it low star are those who cook it like the package says. Experiment, it won't kill ya

Pretty good but dry

I enjoyed it and it had a good amount of protein but they were incredibly dry and hard to eat. My advice would be to put butter on them and also put way more water in the recipe than needed
Goes Well With:
Maple syrup and banana

Some better instructions

Here's a few tips on cooking. Preheat a pan on medium heat. In a bowl, add 2 scoops of pancake mix, 1/3 cup of water, and 1/3 cup of milk. Whisk mixture until all the clumps are gone. Pour half the liquid mixture into the pan. Let cook for about 5 minutes (or until the liquid begins to solidify slightly), flip, and let cook for another 2 minutes. Both sides should be nice and brown. Repeat with the second half of the mixture.
Goes Well With:
Sugar free syrup
