Prep time:  20 minutes

Cook time:  10-15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2cup oats/oat flour
  • 1/2scoop Myprotein Cinnamon Cereal Whey Forward
  • 1/4teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4cup egg whites
  • 1tablespoon plant/dairy milk
  • desired amount of toppings of choice
  • desired amount of oil

Instructions

  1. Pour the oats, protein powder, cottage cheese, egg/egg whites, baking powder, and cinnamon powder into a blender. Blend till smooth; if too thick, add in milk till you reach desired consistency.

  2. Allow batter to rest for 5-10 minutes. Heat up an oiled pan at medium heat.

  3. Once pan is hot, pour batter to make pancakes.

  4. Cook on each side for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Repeat until all batter is used up.

  6. Stack pancakes and add toppings to serve.
