Chocolate Peanut Butter Dough Balls Recipe

Servings:  6-7 dough balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 scoop Myprotein soy protein isolate
  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup soy/greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp plant/dairy milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • Desired amount of topping

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, protein powder, yogurt, liquid sweetener, and baking powder together. If too dry, gradually add in milk till forming dough.

  2. Roll and separate into 6-7 small balls.

  3. Mix cocoa powder and powdered peanut butter together.

  4. Roll dough balls in the mixture.

  5. Place in a bowl and microwave for ~45-60 secs at 900W.

  6. Add toppings of choice to serve.
