Nut butter lovers- get ready to fall in love all over again with this Cashew Butter Swirled Raw Chocolate. It doesn't stop there, combined with delicious, decadent chocolate, this healthy raw chocolate dessert is a long time favourite combination that you cannot miss!
Ingredients
? 50g Organic Cacao Butter Buttons? 50g cacao mass? 1 tbsp cacao powder? 2 tbsp Cashew Butter? 3 heaped tbsp honey
Method
#1 Gently melt the cacao butter and mass together in a bain-marie
#2 Once these are completely melted, stir in the cacao powder and honey until everything is well combined
#3 Line a dish with greaseproof paper and pour in the melted chocolate mixture
#4 Add dollops of the cashew butter into your chocolate slab and carefully swirl these into the chocolate with a fork
#5 Pop this into the freezer for 2 hours + to set then cut into portions
