Ingredients
- 20 Ice Cubes
- 1 Scoop Coffee/Caramel Impact Whey Protein
- 1 Double Espresso
- 150 ml Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp. Sugar Free Syrup
- 1 tsp. Organic Cacao Powder
- Dash Milk/Cream
Instructions
1.
Blend the coffee and milk briefly.
2.
Add the syrup, whey and the cacao powder and blend again for 15 seconds.
3.
Add ice cubes and blend on high power for 40-60 seconds.
4.
Pour into a cold glass and decorate with cream, crumble protein wafers on top for extra gains!
