Air-fried Cauliflower Pizza With Burrata

Craving pizza but don't want to mess up your macros? This Air-fried Cauliflower Pizza with Burrata from Myprotein is here to save the day. Packed with protein and made with nutritious cauliflower, you'll be treating yourself while fueling your body. Let's check it out.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • 2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4-8 oz burrata

Instructions

  1. Sauce Assembly:
    – Heat pan to medium heat and add olive oil
    – Cook minced garlic until fragrant
    – Add tomato sauce from can and keep on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes
    – Add salt and pepper to taste

  2. Cauliflower Crust Assembly:
    – Sauté cauliflower dry (no oil) for 10 minutes, let cool completely, add to bowl
    – Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese to bowl and mix
    – In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs; add to cauliflower-cheese mixture
    – Prep parchment paper with oil on a baking sheet then place/shape dough so it is evenly spread
    – Air-fry for 6 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
    – Pull out , flip over on parchment paper
    – Air-fry for 3 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  3. Pizza Assembly:
    – Take the crust and add toppings (sauce, cheese, meat?)
    – Air-fry for 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
    – Plate with broken burrata over top, enjoy!
