Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- lean beef mince
- serving of passata
- seasoning of choice
Instructions
Chop all of your vegetables finely.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a non-stick frying pan and add your beef mince and vegetables. Let this cook on a medium heat until your vegetables are soft and your mince in cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings of choice.
Add your passata and stir until this has reduced to your preferred consistency. Serve with a side of cooked white rice and ENJOY!
