Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey protein
  • cinnamon and pumpkin spice to taste
