Raspberry Lemonade, best fruit flavored supplement I've ever tried. Mixed amazing and nothing settled at the bottom. Definitely going to continue buying.
Goes Well With:
Water and MyPre pre workout. Add more water for a more unsweetened taste.

There are many reasons why I like this product, and one may be that it fills you up, and givers you the stamina like never before. I cut my mile down 30 seconds when I started takin this product and that was two weeks ago, so i highly suggest you take this product.

Creatine mono is my favorite form of creatine. Usually mix 5 grams with my bcaa or protein. Never had mixability issues with this product. As for taste - nothing :D, I got unflavored version - great if you want to mix it with something. As for effectiveness - CM works great. Did notice increase in strength at about 2-3 weeks, but no changes in physique. Overall I like it very much and it's very affordable. 5 grams a day and you're ready to go.
