I recently started taking this supplement. I take it everyday, around 15-30 minutes before a workout and sometime throughout the day on a day off for maintenance. I'm a small guy, around 150 pounds. Since I started supplementing with this product my max bench went from 235 to 255 in 3 weeks and my max squat went from 295 to 345. Pretty significant jumps, especially since I have been at a plateau for quite some time. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in seeing strength gains.

Great powder, effective in what it does, and mixes very well in even small amounts of water. But holy crap is it sweet. Lemon lime has a cool green alien goo color when dissolved in water, it probably glows in the dark too.

I've used this creatine for awhile and am very pleased with the results. I like to mix it with MYPRE preworkout.
