Love it so far
5Bought the Creatine to try out and take with my morning protein. I can't say just how effective or if taking Creatine makes a big difference. It does seem to help with muscle recovery after long workouts so I will keep taking this. At 5g a day the container will last a long time, and can't beat the price. The Blueberry flavor tastes good with my Strawberry protein.Goes Well With:Whey Protein and yogurt.

5Hard to really assess creatine when in maintenance phase. That said, I still feel good, full and strong after changing to this brand.

4I would give it a 4 and half stars just because of the taste. It's not horrible, but I need to mix it with more water than recommended because of the tart watermelon flavor. Otherwise, it has relally helped my recovery time. I found this on landform which has yet to let me down on its ratings and recommendations. Good buy here!

5Creatine mixes extremely well. Very fine powder like and isn't gritty like some other cheap creatines. Great stuff.

Great Product
5Works very well, I mix it with my preworkout and drink it on the way to the gym. I feel like I can go longer in the gym and get a few extra reps out of every set. I have also noticed some increased size faster than I have without.
