4this creatine has been really helpful and great addition to my diet. the effectiveness is definitely there which is a great thing for a product to be good. It mixes rather well which is a lot to say for other brands have some trouble mixing well with fluids. I usually get the unflavored one. but im anxious to taste the flavored ones Goes Well With:water, milk, juice, any drink
