all you need
55g of creatine is all you need, and a simple monohydrate such as this does the job. No reason to get all scientific... this is proven. Works as well as the best stuff out there, because it does what creatine does; you'll get your gains, along w/ some water weight too ;-) Cheap, many servings..... works great!Goes Well With:water

5I mix 5g of creatine 2-3 times a day, but this creatine actually dissolves all the way in warm water! First creatine that has dissolved, and it is good quality for a good price.Goes Well With:Protein shakes,water, pre-workout, amino acids, anything really.
