Cinnamon Role Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 scoops Myprotein soy protein isolate (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra flour + 30g (~2 tbsp) sweetener)
- 2 tbsp sweetener/sugar (optional)
- 1 + 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup soy/greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Mix the flour, protein powder, 30g (~2 tbsp) sweetener, baking powder and 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder together.
Add in yogurt and mix.
Continuously mix until forming dough.
Mix 1 tsp cinnamon powder and 15g (~1 tbsp) sugar/sweetener together.
Roll dough into approximately 16 balls and roll them into cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven.
Add icing/drizzle and serve.
