Post-Training Treat Recipe | Chocolate & Strawberry Protein Pancake

You will need
25g Instant Oats
15g Cacao Powder
1.5 scoops Chocolate Impact Whey Protein
Fresh Strawberries
Natural yogurt
Method
- Mix the cacao powder, 1 scoop of whey protein and Instant Oats together and add 100ml of water
Shake together in your Myprotein shaker until evenly mixed - Heat a non stick frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides (Note: keep pancake smaller will be easier to handle)
- Mix together the peanut butter and the rest of the chocolate protein powder to make a chocolatey spread
- Once all pancakes are made stack with fresh strawberries, natural yogurt and your protein peanut spead
