In the mood for a mega protein boost that also serves up serious sweet-tooth satisfaction? This is exactly what you need.

Taking less than 20 minutes from prep to fully baked, it’s as easy to make as it gets. And the results are so satisfying. Oozing melted chocolate, crispy Smarties, and warm biscuity goodness all rolled into one. Dee-lish.

Mega Protein Cookie

Makes 1

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Impact Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp. oat flour
  • 1 free-range egg
  • 1 handful Smarties

Instructions

1.

First, preheat the oven to 325F and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2.

Next, add all of the ingredients (except the Smarties) to a mixing bowl and combine to make a sticky biscuit batter.

3.

Form a round cookie shape on top of your baking tray and top with the Smarties.

4.

Bake for 12 minutes.

5.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying. Cue oozing chocolate heaven.
