Need a cozy night in? This Skillet Protein Apple Crumble from ambassador Zac Kerr is the perfect goodie for kicking back at the end of a long day. Packed with 19 grams of protein, this sweet treat will help you stay on track with your nutrition goals, and satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

  • Filling :
  • 1 diced apple
  • 15 ml sugar free maple syrup
  • 10 grams Gold Stevia
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping :
  • 22 grams rolled oats
  • 20 grams Myprotein Salted Caramel Impact Whey protein
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 10 grams Stevia
  • 10 grams melted light butter

Instructions

1.

Grab a 6-inch skillet and give it a quick spray with oil. Real brief one, nothing crazy.

2.

Dice your apples and place in a mixing bowl, adding sugar-free maple syrup, stevia, and cinnamon and stirring to combine.

3.

Add your apples to the skillet and begin making your topping.

4.

To make your topping, add rolled oats, cinnamon, stevia, protein, and melted butter to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Once combined, add to the top of your apples.

5.

Place your crumble in an air fryer on 375F/190C for 8-10 minutes (or in the oven for 15-20 mins)! Remove once cooled, top with ice cream, and demolish the entire thing in the blink of an eye.
